Partner, Valuation & Transaction
Trevor has extensive experience providing valuation, tax and transaction advisory services to private and publicly-traded companies in a wide variety of industries. Trevor joined PAND in September 2010 where he leads our Valuation & Transactions practice. In this role, Trevor focuses on assisting mid-market private companies with business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, ownership transitions, estate and succession planning, financing and corporate reorganizations. In addition, Trevor works closely with clients and their legal advisors on valuations for dispute and mediation matters including shareholder buy-outs, matrimonial property division, estate settlement and commercial damage quantification. Prior to joining PAND, Trevor had 12 years of experience working with two international accounting firms.
Trevor currently serves a Director and Chair of the Finance Committee for Highlands Golf Club. Previously, Trevor was a Board Member with KidsSport Edmonton for 8 years including serving as both Chair and Past Chair.
