Jeff has extensive experience in providing tax, accounting and business advisory services to privately-owned companies and their shareholders. Jeff leads the Firm’s tax advisory practice and specializes in estate planning, purchase and sale transactions and corporate reorganizations. He has also served as an expert witness in matrimonial disputes. Prior to joining PAND in 2009, Jeff spent 21 years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, including seven years as a Tax partner in the private client advisory practice.
Jeff is active in the Edmonton community having served for four years as a governor on the Caratis Hospitals Foundation Board of Directors. He also served for three years as a campaign chair for the United Way.
