Our new clients are typically medium to large successful family-owned and privately-held companies who feel they have outgrown their previous advisors but want to stay with a local firm that provides hands-on professional service. We have also sourced new clients from the major international firms, where large independent businesses have made a choice to deal with a strong local practice.

Our clients are large private enterprises with elaborate ownership structures, sophisticated information systems and complex financing arrangements. Due to the size and requirements of large independent businesses, a major component of our services are comprised of financial statement audits. Our clients also require a wide array of other professional services including multi-tiered assurance engagements, assistance with raising capital, sophisticated tax planning, acquisition due diligence, succession and estate planning , business valuations and strategic business advisory services. A major portion of fees generated from our major clients relates to these non-compliance, advisory services. We work with clients who are leaders in industry segments such as oilfield services, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, professional sports, vehicle and equipment sales, leasing, hotel and tourism, wholesale, forestry and lumber.
